DAY 1 (June 8 or 9) - This online video conference call will be your opportunity to learn product specs and theory information needed to be successful at supporting the needs of your client. Each student must attend a conference video session on either June 8 or June 9, 2025. Sections will include:
What you need to know about non-surgical hair replacement
Introduction to the old techniques and products in hair replacement (hard bonds, clips, wigs, extensions, SMP, etc) *with Sandi Cloutier
Introduction to hair transplant surgery, PRP and other medical hair loss options. *with Francis Touchette
Day 2 (June 15) - Held at the Rose & Onyx flagship location in St. Albert, AB. Students will begin hand-on mannequin training with Brent Bain. We will address:
Day 3 (June 16) - On our second live-class day we will put to practice all of the theory and hand-on experience so far, to work with a live model. Models can be provided or bring your own.
On this 3rd day we will spend extra time on cutting and styling and you will be supported by the R&O HR team as you navigate the process of your first professional installation and cut-in of a hair system.
