Booking & Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be made in person, via our website, mobile app or by phone
A $5 Eco Fee is charged on most appointments
24 hours notice required to cancel booking
A deposit is required at the time of booking;
30% for new clients booking 2 or more hours for first appointment
30% for colour corrections and vivid colour appointments
50% if 2 or more appointments have been missed without minimum 24 hours cancellation notice prior to scheduled booking
Full refunds on deposits are available if appointment is cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice
Deposits are non-refundable for missed appointments
Deposit balances will be applied to final bill for honoured appointments
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We don’t sell your personal information to anyone, ever. We tell you why we use your personal information, and we don’t use it for anything else. We limit how much personal information we collect and store, to what is necessary for our stated purposes. We are happy to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding the privacy of your information.
All credit card information is safe in a card vault. We do not see the information once entered. Our Salon software services over 157,000 salons around the world and provides safe and secure service to our business and our customers.
