Prices listed are the base cost. Each stylist or barber has different prices based on experience and specialty. This approach to pricing applies to our haircut and colour services. We offer a number of unique services and you will find descriptions of each listed below. We want to provide an enjoyable and memorable experience for every person who sits in our chairs. Please book your cut or colour appointment based on the following scale.
Extra Short = Tapered/Pixie (short around ear)
Short = Bob/Chin length
Medium = Shoulder length
Long = Below shoulder
Extra Long = Hair below underarm/elbow length
Haircuts
Super Short Cut
45 - 60 min

An example of a Super Short Cut is a “Pixie”. You know, some kind of detailed short style that requires some attention to detail. Book a cut and colour combo if you want to take it to the next level.
Short Cut

Of course, a Short Cut can be so many different styles and your Stylist will take the appropriate approach to the cut you want. Examples of a cut at this length might include a simple uniform cut or short graduated bob.
Long Cut

A Long Cut is the one to choose if your hair is past your shoulders. Keep in mind that if your hair is very curly, you may want to consider booking the Deva Cut option at R&O. Call us to learn more about the difference it can make for your curls.
Super Long Cut

A Super Long Cut is what to schedule if you have hair past your underarms. Getting it done right takes a little time with this much hair, so schedule your appointment and we will look forward to spending some quality time working with you.
Curly Cut

If you have struggled to take care of your curls or found it hard to find someone that can work with your hair, this might be the service for you. We us techniques from a number of schools to ensure a proper cut for curls. With training and experience spanning decades, we take curls seriously and if you have them, so do you.
Tapered (Barbered) Cut

Layered, Taper, Fade, Quaff, Pomp, Gentleman, Mullet, Mohawk you name it... A short tapered cut is about the detail work. It’s about the blending, styling and keeping it short. If this is your style, we invite you to visit one of our stylists or barbers for your next appointment.
Colour Services
When you select your colour service you will have the option to select with or without a haircut.
Balayage

Balayage is a technique used to produce a natural looking colour blend that brings your hair to life with subtle depth and contrast. Our stylists are masters of this process.
A wash, blow dry and style is included with colour services.
Foils

Getting just the right colour can sometimes require the perfect placement and of course, it may also require some lightening. Using foils is a common way to do that. Foils can be useful when used minimally or extensively. Talk to your stylist about what you're looking for and your budget to determine the best approach to your hair colour. Contact us before your appointment if you have any questions.
Solid Colour or Vivid

Services in this category include:
Roots - Colouring of your roots to blend or match the colour of the rest of your hair.
Solid Colour - This may include lightening and a complete coverage of your hair.
Toner - A solid colour service to refresh your hair colour and bring the tone back to life.
Additional Services
Express Colour

Our Express Colour service is a great option for the time or budget conscious consumer. The service is the same as other colour options except you will wash the toner out at home. This is an efficient and affordable option, but unfortunately not available for first time clients. Please call and speak with your stylist if you have questions. We will provide instructions, of course.
Face Framing

If you want big results with a small budget, services like Face Framing and Express Colour are the perfect solutions for you. By carefully selecting the right look for you and working to highlight your favourite features, we can help you refresh your look without breaking the bank.
Glossing

Find your hair getting brassy or in need of a fun change? Coming in for a toner between highlight appointments is a great way to keep your hair feeling and looking fresh!
Beard Trim

Hot Shave

A relaxing hot towel shave in a vintage chair is a nice way to pamper yourself. If you like a good shave, this might be for you. And for the little man, ask for the mock-shave and give him the full pampered experience.
Kids Cut

Kids cuts are for children up to 10 years old. This service is a quick cut with a dust off at the end of the service.
We enjoy helping all kids look and feel their best. If they are over 10 or require a wash in addition to the cut, please book their appointment based on the length of their hair.
